I am currently a 4th year medical student at the University of Cambridge, with a 1st Class Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (specialisation in Bioengineering and Information Engineering). Having achieved 13A-stars at GCSEs and 5A-stars at A-level I was fortunate to receive 4 Medicine offers from the University of Cambridge, Imperial College London, King's College London and Cardiff University.

My approach to teaching is led by the belief that enjoyment of learning is the prerequisite to success. Therefore, I always strive to identify the most effective learning style for each individual student and help to embed enjoyment of learning into the process of working towards academic aspirations.

BA Music (1 year) / BA(Hons) Social Anthropology

I strongly believe that interdisciplinarity is the future of research. Therefore, I encourage students to ask themselves: What inspires you? What are the different ways we can look at X? How can we combine the research of Y and Z to your topic X? I initially interviewed and completed a year of BA Music at the University of Cambridge, with a performance module.

DPhil Physics

My name is Tom, and I'm a final-year PhD student at the University of Oxford, studying particle physics. My research involves investigating tiny particles called neutrinos and understanding how they interact and travel through the universe.

DPhil History

Hi, I'm Hollie. I am currently studying for a DPhil in History at the University of Oxford which focuses on feminism and the British empire. My research is supported by the Arts & Humanities Research Fund and University College, and I am also currently a Clarendon Scholar.

Hi, I’m Mary! I graduated from University of Oxford with an Integrated Masters Degree in Biochemistry in July 2022. I was an all-rounder in school and ended up achieving the highest GCSE grades in my year at school.

BA Law

Hi! I'm a recent graduate from St. John's College, Cambridge in BA Law. My favourite modules were EU Law and Labour Law. I enjoyed EU Law because we discussed how the integrationist model, whilst detrimental to the national sovereignty of states, had to be this way to achieve the goals set out by the various treaties.
