Len - Cambridge

MB Medicine - University of Cambridge

Hi there! My name is Lennon (but you can call me Len) and since September 2022 I have been a Medicine Undergraduate at The University of Cambridge. I achieved 3 A* grades in my A-level Biology, Chemistry and Maths at Brampton Manor.

I first started tutoring in 2018, when I was in year 10 and I tutored my friend in the year above for her GCSEs. To this day she says, without me, she wouldn't have passed. I have gone onto tutor more and more GCSE students and then those for A-level. I also worked in a tuition centre for 8 months in 2022 and that was very enriching. In 2022, I also mentored 5 A-level students on their application to Cambridge for Medicine, 4 of whom gained places for 2023 entry.

Essentially, I will not rest until you achieve the goal you set out to achieve. In general, I explain the concept, do a few examples, let you to try yourself and begin to iron out any misconceptions. It's always important to complete exam practice after learning something new as it's not just about learning the theory - but being able to execute its application in practice! This is the key to doing well in your exams.
