EXtended and international Project qualifications (EPQ/IPQs)
Simply put, the EPQ is an opportunity to demonstrate your passion for your chosen subject. It requires you to plan, research and sometimes perform your own experiments, developing many of the skills required for competitive university courses. By the end, you will have produced a research write-up, given a presentation on your findings, and documented your progress along the way.

For students studying in the UK, the EPQ is usually taken. Many exam boards offer this, including AQA, Edexcel, and OCR.
Why do an EPQ or IPQ?

Essay competitions

The John Locke Essay Competition is our most popular service, which invites students to delve deeper into their subjects at school and engage critically with scholarly work. Moreover, the Marshall Society Essay Competition is one that specialises in Economics topics and some Oxford and Cambridge Colleges host their essay competitions such as St Hugh’s College, Oxford and Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge.
