Miguel - Cambridge
PhD Biological Science, Microscopy and Developmental Biology - University of Cambridge
My name is Miguel, and I am completing a PhD in Biological Science, Microscopy and Developmental Biology at the University of Cambridge. I previously completed a MEng in Molecular Bioengineering at Imperial College London, achieving first-class honours in every year. I am deeply passionate about optical imaging and neuroscience. I was born in Lisbon, Portugal, where I spent all of my childhood and completed all my studies before moving to London for university.
I know how stressful it can be to move overseas to study, especially with all the application processes and interviews necessary. I still have a vivid memory of all the stages I went through when applying for Imperial and UCL. I am therefore more than happy to help others in finding their way towards success in their applications in order to get to their dream university, and indeed to support them as they prepare for their studies. I also love tutoring and communicating, being able to provide mock interviews to help you gain the needed confidence. I can provide tutoring on a wide range of subjects such as Mathematics, Portuguese, Physiology and Molecular Biology.
If you have any questions about my experience, please feel free to contact me at support@doxa.co.uk
