Hi! I’m Nathanael, an experienced science mentor, Oxford medical student and Cambridge graduate.
I am ideally placed to help you succeed in your STEM subject or university application. Having studied Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge, I graduated with a First in both my BA and MSci degrees. Following this, I worked as a full-time science mentor, and then as an English Language Assistant in Austria, where I gained experience tutoring students with English as their second language. I’m currently a first-year medical student on the Graduate Programme at the University of Oxford. In my free time, I enjoy playing the cello, skiing, learning new languages and travelling.
I take a student-led approach to teaching. My emphasis on problem-based learning will enable you to develop a deep understanding of the material, tailored to your individual needs and strengthened through consolidation. I’ll encourage you to discover your own interests within the subject, and offer a wide range of resources for further reading.
My results speak for themselves. So far, I’ve helped multiple students discover their passion for the sciences, achieve top marks in their A-Levels and GCSEs, and gain offers from Oxbridge and other top universities. In every case, I pride myself on nurturing scientists who think critically, intuitively and creatively.
