MChem in Chemistry - University of Oxford
I recently graduated from Oxford University with a First Class degree in Chemistry (MChem), completing my final year research project in the field of biodegradable plastics. Prior to university, I studied Maths, Chemistry, and Physics at A-level and History at AS, achieving 3A*s and 1A. I have been tutoring for the last year, supporting 11 students with Chemistry and Maths at GCSE, A-level, and university foundation level.
My tutoring style is very flexible and I adapt to the individual student’s needs. I also have experience teaching students working at all abilities and with dyslexia and autism. I aim to develop student confidence and having studied at Oxford, I understand the importance of 1:1 and small-group tuition in challenging your understanding and cultivating problem-solving skills. Outside of teaching, I enjoy running, playing tennis, and hiking.
