BA in Experimental Psychology- University of Oxford
I am currently completing an MSc in Developmental Psychology and Clinical Practice at UCL. I completed my BA in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford where I obtained a first class degree. I also completed my European Baccalaureate at the European School of Brussels, where I obtained the equivalent of an A* in Maths, Chemistry, Biology, English, and French. My academic interests include Psychology, Mathematics, Chemistry, and Biology. I can offer support with the Oxbridge application process, particularly with the personal statement, TSA tests, and preparation for the interview.
I guided students in my school during their application process, helping them with their personal statements and entrance exams for Oxbridge. I also worked in a school as a TA last year where I learnt a lot about lesson planning, structuring, and teaching. My approach to tutoring sessions is student led, focusing on the particular needs of each student and basing my lessons around these so I can guarantee help tailored to each individual. This approach will also develop students’ independent thinking and discussion abilities, skills that tutors will be looking for during interview as well as in Oxbridge tutorials. I am also very happy to help support students with the John Locke Essay Competition.
As your mentor, I will help you explore your interest in and understanding of Psychology and guide you in developing the intellectual skills that admissions tutors will be looking for and support you throughout the application.
