Hello! My name is Immanuel and I am currently reading PPE at New College.
I didn’t get into Oxford the first time round. I thought that being smart was enough and would get me through. I was wrong. But a year later – after a systematic evaluation of colleges and courses and a structured revision process I was able to prepare properly and turned it around – getting an exceptional TSA score (86.1) placing me in the top 2% of applicants.
Knowing the difference that a proper technique made for me, I am keen to share my learnings with others. Each application is a deeply personal and intense process, and my approach is tailored to give each individual student the best possible chance of achieving their goal.
The application process can be intense but also deeply enriching; in my experience the application process can allow mentees to become more academically engaged broadly and to undertake a deeply fulfilling journey of academic exploration. With the right guidance and a proper plan, not only can you achieve your dream of receiving an offer but also sharpen your critical thinking skills and discover which aspects of your subject most captivate you.
