I have just graduated from the University of Cambridge with a degree in architecture. After receiving a 1st in my portfolio in my final year, I am well equipped to understand and teach the process of arriving at a good quality architecture and design portfolio.
One of the unique things about this course is that the interview process requires you to provide a portfolio of your own art. I can teach not only how to design beautiful buildings, but also how to curate, present, and produce beautiful artworks using the Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and autoCAD as well as painting, drawing, and model making. I will also teach the fundamental histories and theories of architecture, from Ancient Mesopotamia to the incredible 20th-century avant-garde works, and how to apply these ideas to your own architectural thinking.
