Hi there! My name is Franek and I'm a graduate of Queens' College, Cambridge, where I studied BA Economics during 2019-2022. I currently work in investment banking in London.
With the university application process and IB exams still fresh in my memory, I can provide you with a successful student's approach to excelling in examinations and producing a competitive Cambridge Economics application.
I achieved top grades in four higher level subjects at IB – Maths, Economics, Physics, and Computer Science – and obtained 1590/1600 in the SAT and 36/36 in the ACT, putting me in a good position to help you score well in Cambridge's notoriously difficult Economics Admissions Assessment. I achieved 1st and 2.1 classes during my three years at Cambridge.
I have 3 years' experience tutoring IB students and assisting Cambridge applicants with personal statements, the Economics Admissions Assessment, and interview preparation.
Outside of academics, I would be happy to discuss financial services careers (and investment banking specifically) if you're interested. I was also involved in rowing, a sport with a very rich tradition at Oxbridge that I'd encourage everyone to try out at least once!
