BA in Modern Foreign Languages - University of Cambridge

I am currently a second-year student at the University of Cambridge studying Modern and Medieval Languages, specialising in French and German. I achieved 10 A*s at GCSE, 3 A*s at A-Level and obtained a First Class result in my first-year university exams. Having experienced the admissions process first-hand, I can confidently coach students towards success.

In mentoring sessions, I help students tackle three crucial stages of the application: the personal statement, the admissions test and the interview. After fine-tuning the personal statement, my focus is on developing my students’ critical thinking skills and analytical abilities ahead of the test and interview. I equip my students with the requisite tools to analyse a given text with nuance and flair and make a real impact on MML admissions tutors. I know from experience how integral the right guidance and support is in making a successful application and always seek to ensure that my students are happy every step of the way. Ultimately, my job is to ensure that my students’ passion and aptitude for modern languages shine through in their application.
