I have recently been awarded my PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Imperial College London. This was predominantly the development and testing of a new alloy for use in future commercial gas turbine engines, funded by Rolls-Royce plc.. This PhD in material development consisted of a blend of the application of Physics, Maths and Chemistry concepts. My previous qualifications include BSc in Physics and MSc in Petroleum Geophysics from Imperial College London.

Throughout my PhD I have taught several undergraduate courses in the Materials, Mechanical Engineering and Physics departments, including Mechanics and Computer-Aided Design/Manufacture. I also graded coursework and end of year exams for these courses, learning how to maximise marks. I privately tutor a range of students in various subjects, from Further Maths A Level for university applicants, to pre-GCSE Science concepts.
