Hello, I’m Ashlan. I have just graduated from the University of Cambridge, where I read History. I specialised in modern gender history but took a wide range of papers in terms of both time period and also across the globe. I was awarded an academic prize for my performance in both my second and third years.
Having studied English, Geography, History and an Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) at A Level, where I achieved 4 A*s, I have an interest for these subjects and have considerable experience in tutoring History and English.
Throughout my academic experience, I have been fortunate to have been guided and taught by some truly inspirational academics. This passion for learning, open mindedness, and sense of excitement towards research and academia are three aspects I strive to bring to my own tutoring sessions.
