I work as a Strategy Consultant at Monitor Deloitte, a top-tier strategy firm with a global presence. I have received offers from numerous strategy consultancies, and have knowledge of the case interview processes across many of the top companies. In addition to my current role in a large firm, I also have experience in a smaller, boutique strategy environment, so I can provide insight into the interview processes and different cultures in both settings. Over my 2 years in the role, I have worked both as a strategy generalist across project types and sectors, and also as a specialist AI Strategy Consultant for a number of particular clients
I lead Monitor Deloitte’s recruitment process for Oxford University, where I’m responsible for shaping real cases used in interviews for London roles, running and providing feedback in case interview workshops, and helping with graduate and internship case interviews. I can, therefore, offer a deep understanding of the full application journey, as well as the do’s and don’ts of case interviews and other assessment rounds to help secure an offer.
In a practice case interview, we will go through a proper case study exactly as a real interviewer would, focusing on your interpretation of the ask, structuring and applying frameworks, and synthesising recommendations. I have run many practice case interviews with successful candidates, and I aim to tailor my feedback to each person’s specific needs.
