Strategic HR Consultant | Manager of Learning | Business Analyst
I have 5 years experience in strategy, growth, HR and Innovation consulting, working for McKinsey, Deloitte, and two boutique firms OneLeap and Bow&Arrow. In early 2018 I left my full-time role at McKinsey to become an independent consultant and facilitator, and in the last 2 years, I’ve led independent projects with Nestle, Google, Deepmind, and McKinsey’s internal strategy team. I’m also an executive coach, working with over 15 CEOs and business leaders this year on a 1:1 basis and with 3 teams of founders at Zinc VC. I regularly speak and facilitate workshops at Women’s leadership conferences.
I joined McKinsey as a Business Analyst in their London office in 2014 after graduating from my Masters in Chemistry at Oxford University. I spent 2 years travelling to 24 countries across 4 continents, working with FTSE executives predominantly on transformation, change, HR topics and strategy. After this I transferred into internal roles for McKinsey, designing leadership development programmes, coaching and feedback programmes and digital learning solutions for McKinsey consultants.
In early 2017 I joined innovation consultancy OneLeap where I designed and delivered training for executives on entrepreneurial mindsets and skillsets, before leaving to build my own startup for 8 months - Togetherness.com
In my spare time I’m a professional comedy, dance and immersive theatre performer, teach health and well-being workshops and run transformational festivals and retreats.
My mission is to help individuals and teams unlock more of their full capacity and to help them to make their goals and visions a reality. I’ve been coaching for three years and love helping ambitious young people to build their presentation skills, communication skills, self-confidence, problem-solving skills, analytical skills and critical thinking skills.
