Hi! My name is Umme, and I recently graduated from the University of Cambridge with a degree in French and German. I've spent time living and working in both France and Germany, which gave me the chance to immerse myself in French and German culture, as well as the languages. I have a varied background in tutoring and mentoring people of all ages and backgrounds, and like to bring a friendly, engaging, and encouraging approach to all my sessions!
I have experience of working as a teaching assistant in two Austrian high schools, where I focused on delivering engaging and relevant lessons that encouraged students to speak and increase their confidence. I have also been giving private tuiton in German for about eighteen months now, and while at university, I volunteered as a mentor/ambassador for prospective students.
