BA in Archaeology and Anthropology - University of oxford

Hi, I'm Fran! I am a third-year undergraduate from the University of Oxford currently reading for a BA in Archaeology and Anthropology. I have extensive experience in archaeological and anthropological fieldwork, allowing me deep insight into the theoretical frameworks of the subject - an insight I am eager to share with my students.

My teaching style incorporates both visual and active participation, and I have three years' worth of tutoring experience, including support for languages. I am interested in a wide range of subjects in my field, from modern society to the urbanization of Mediterranean civilisations. I have direct experience with the UCAS application system from the perspective of an international student, as well as the Oxford tutorial and interview system. My approach to tutoring and mentoring is to encourage active learning, and to emulate the Oxford tutorial model of teaching.

If you have any questions about my experience, please feel free to contact me at support@doxa.co.uk
