MSci Mathematics - Imperial College London

I am currently in my third year of a four-year MSci degree in mathematics at Imperial College London. Prior to university, I attended an international school and completed the International Baccalaureate diploma programme with higher-level mathematics, physics, and chemistry. I have been tutoring for three years and tutoring online for two years.

The students I tutored in the past found me to be laid-back, reassuring, and friendly but also efficient in how I communicated the information they needed. I am flexible in my approach to tutoring and will tailor the teaching style and guidance given to suit a student's needs. I have a lot of experience tutoring various levels of mathematics (GCSE to IB higher level), though I would consider mathematics in the IB diploma to be my specialty. Personally, I have attended interviews at three different universities for mathematics programmes, so I can give interview preparation based on my own extensive experience.

My goal with every student is to provide a friendly environment that promotes independent thinking and problem-solving. A student’s confidence in their own abilities is key. My passion for mathematics gives me a drive to help others succeed, whether that be in their final exams or university application process.
