Marco - Oxford
Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, BMBCh. (Accelerated Graduate-Entry Medicine) & MPhys in Physics - University of Oxford
I am a medical doctor working in Cambridge University Hospital Intensive Treatment Unit. I have qualified from Green Templeton College, Oxford University with a graduate entry medical degree. Before, I have graduated with First Class Honours in both Masters degree in Theoretical Physics and Bachelors in Physics both from Exeter College, Oxford. I have been awarded multiple prizes including the prize of the top performance in experimental physics in my class.
I have over 5 years of experience in teaching both in-person and online. I have taught 1-1 sessions and classes with up to 15 students from pre-GCSE to University-level. I have taught all A-level boards, IB, AP, Uni Prep, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Admission Tests (BMAT, UKCAT, IMAT, PAT, MAT, TSA, STEP, ENGAA, NSAT) and General study skills. I teach Maths, Physics, Biology, Chemistry and Medical Science.
At the university level, I have taught Theoretical Physics (Quantum, Atomic, Molecular, Laser) and Clinical Skills for Medical Students. I have also served as an interviewer for the physics admission at Oxford. I love the process of teaching and intellectual relationships built during the tutoring process. I try to convey my own skills acquired during my years of study to a new generation of future scientists and thinkers. Most importantly I hope to convey my passion for learning and problem-solving.
