I am a 4th-year medical student at the University of Cambridge and I have recently graduated with a First Class degree for my intercalated BA. I scored in the top 5% for Chemistry and Biology in my year’s IB global cohort, achieving 7 in IB Biology HL and Chemistry HL as well as an A in my Biology Extended Essay. Whilst still in high school, I took university courses in Biochemistry and Neuroscience at Johns Hopkins University, obtaining A in both classes and ranking in the top percentile.

My plan in the future is to practice as a physician whilst also conducting research. I have previously conducted research in Neuroscience at different institutions both in the UK and US. My latest experience was as a visiting student at MIT, where I conducted research in the field of connectomics. This was made possible thanks to being awarded nationally competitive scholarships in the UK, including one from the British Neuropathological Society.

I have plenty of experience tutoring IB students in different subjects, supervising internal assessments as well as extended essays. I have also helped many prospective applicants with both Oxbridge applications and medicine applications for other UK universities.

If you have any questions about my experience, please feel free to contact me at support@doxa.co.uk
